275 Teams to Compete in Commack Memorial Day Tournament [ May 02, 2012 ]

Approximately 275 youth soccer teams––both boys and girls squads––will be having fun in the 32nd Annual Commack Memorial Day Weekend Tournament, which will be played all day on Saturday, May 26 and Sunday, May 27. The tournament is hosted by the volunteers of the Commack Soccer League, a proud member of the Long Island Junior Soccer League (LIJSL) and Eastern New York Youth Soccer Association (ENYYSA). Tournament venues are the Burr Intermediate School, Commack High School, Hubbs Administration Building, North Ridge School, Sawmill Intermediate School and Smith’s Lane School––all in Commack––plus Veteran’s Park in Northport.

Admission is free and a crowd of approximately 20,000 is again expected to attend this big Suffolk County soccer tournament. Tourney sponsors include adidas and Eurosport.
