The U.S. Men’s National Team will be holding a public training session this Monday, October 10th, at Red Bull Arena in
Harrison, NJ. Admission is free.
The session will be held from 5:00-6:00 pm, and gates will open at 4:30.
The team is expected to go through a full series of exercises as they prepare for their Tuesday game against Ecuador. The chance to see how the best players in the United States train and prepare for international competition is sure to be a fun and educational experience for soccer players, coaches, and fans alike.

You can also watch the U.S. Team take on Honduras on October 8th. The game will be played at Sun Life Stadium, but you can see it on Fox Soccer Channel and Univision. Kickoff is set for 6:00 pm.
